Refunds

No refunds or credits are issued for any box that is returned-to-sender either by the purchaser or by the carrier if the packed is marked as undeliverable. Returned items cannot be restocked or resold due to seasonality, Disney’s return policies, and the limited-run nature of park merchandise.

  1. RESEND OPTION (U.S. ONLY): If a box is returned-to-sender, we will prepare and ship one replacement only if:
    • You request us to reship within thirty (30) calendar days of the original ship date.
    • You pay the then-current shipping-and-handling fee plus any carrier surcharges.
    • You supply a confirmed, deliverable U.S. address.
    • You sign for the package upon delivery.
  2. EXCLUSION OF OTHER REMEDIES: Beyond the single resend above, no refunds, substitutions, or store credits are available. In the event an item is broken during shipping we will work to either replace the time or refund a portion of the box value. We require the following to issue a partial refund or replacement:
    • Photos of the damaged shipping box.
    • Photos of the broken item(s).
  3. GOVERNING LAW: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Exclusive jurisdiction for disputes lies in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Florida.
